Scope and ContentBlack and white photograph of a helicopter with television surveillance camera flying over the Notting Hill Carnival. The text on the back reads: London, Notting Hill Gate, London. Helicopter with television surveillance camera flies over the Notting Hill Carnival sending a picture back to police HQ. The camera is mounted inside the globe sticking out from the side of the helicopter, filming through a wide slit at the front. The lens is powerful enough to zoom in on faces in the crowd.
