Scope and ContentPoster with various images and the text: Our needs before their greed. We are local hospital workers who are fighting government plans to run down the health service. We know plans exist to 'rationalise' district hospitals (London 150 into 20) - leaving working people with miles to travel for medical treatment, only to find crowded waiting rooms on arrival - whilst the workers who run the hospitals are being forced onto the dole. We urge all working people to work through our trade union and community organisations to fight any planned cuts in hospital services. If we let them take away a single hospital they will take away the lot. ASTMS Central London Medical Branch. Welfare: a source of well-being or happiness, the good things of life. Fight the rundown of the health service. Stop hospital closures now
